We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you have any concerns about the product that you purchased or you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us. We do our best to package our products securely, however if your product arrived damaged please contact us so we can resolve the issue or send a replacement asap.

All products ship from our home studio in Berkley, MI.

Shipping times can vary depending on the items you purchased. All products ship via USPS from Berkley, MI.

Planners and larger orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and take anywhere from 2-5 business days to receive.

Smaller items ship via USPS Ground and can take 3-7 to receive.
